I found the gym to be well-equipped, a real asset for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. The heated floor in the bathroom was a particularly nice touch. I also found that ordering room service through the app was very convenient, enabling prompt delivery.
During my visit, the breakfast quality varied. On certain days, food seemed stale. The sausages and beans were also cold, which indicates a problem with the warming equipment. I reported an issue with the coffee machine in the room, but it was not properly fixed.

the location was indeed very convenient. i found myself near many attractions and restaurants. the hotel offered a great choice for breakfast and a really nice sauna. i enjoyed the complimentary water each day.
The air conditioning sadly wasn't possible to adjust. I found it a little too warm during the nights.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues
burnt croissants outrageous minibar prices
The location was acceptable.
The room's air conditioning didn't work as expected. I couldn't adjust the temperature below 25 degrees, a setting controlled by the hotel (in winter, apparently). Breakfast disappointed. Croissants were burnt each morning . The minibar prices are also outrageous (7.5 euros for a small coke!).

the breakfast offered excellent variety I especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection the bar staff were very friendly and efficient. one evening a staff member opened the roof terrace for me so I could enjoy a quiet drink that was very considerate. the room was spacious and well equipped

breakfast selection spacious elevator cozy restaurant polite staff
The breakfast selection included many options. I saw elevators inside. They seemed spacious and quick. The restaurant, Harper Woolf, looked cozy. The hotel had polite and kind staff. The location felt good. It was in the city center.
Police harassed us when we wanted to unload our baggage, but the hotel give us a compensation in form of bar credit, though that was for cheap drinks only.
